I'm a wee bit confused. You say "inherent" like it can't be replaced, but then you say there's a mod that CAN be replaced. So which is it? Inscribable or not? Also, please include which attribute the shield is for (str., tac., comm, mot.). It would be helpful if you edit the original post accordingly.
